ARTIST FOUND!
My awesome friend [info]bennycool sent me these way cool pictures of this English guy doing fantastic sidewalk-chalk drawings!

... amazing. I think my brain fell out whilst trying to comprehend that these are flat drawings, not actual 3-d things.

(I found this through a post in [Unknown LJ tag], and have put a link to it in my personal journal, as I have a lot of artist friends who would love to see this. Do hope that's ok.)

I followed [info]kinkyturtle's link to this post, and even though he said to look extra close at the first picture, I was still completely fooled by it. Wow! Those are just amazing!

It took me even longer to figure the real beer from the fake. I couldn't tell them apart just by comparing them directly. Its only when you consider the shadow that it becomes apparent.

And if I hadn't looked at the beer so closely, I wouldn't have had any doubt that the sandals or bottle of Coca Cola weren't just props.

Although I am curious what they would look like from a different angle.
