:) For people who have befriended me and my journal? Of course I will. If you have any ideas for pictures you want used or a certain template you want followed just e-mail them on over (contact stuffs in the navigation). Anything like colors or positioning of things could be helpful. If you don't have that clear of a vision yet you could leave me to my devices and see what happens. ^_^ But don't fret, I don't make people take what I give them. If you don't like it I will fix it until you think it's perfect.

I can send you the very basics considering it's a fairly common layout. As long as you have some idea as to what you're doing it shouldn't be difficult to know where things go. I'll send it to you later today as right now I'm off to class. :)

I can indeed send you the overrides as long as you are aware that they were created for free accounts and I will not as of yet give you any of the graphics which includes in Beautiful Girl (the current blue_envy) the titles on navigation, journal breaks, and header. On Dance With Me I won't as of yet send you the background, header, navigation (as those are images), the kitty counter (it was put up because of personal taste), or the journal breaks.

I only say that I cannot send you the graphics because they're still in use by me (which was stated on the preview of the layout). If you want those or any version of them I plan to release them sometime in earlier October. I can make you a layout of your own similar to what I have, if you had wanted the graphics and don't want to wait.

If you still want the basic overrides I'll happily send them along. Just reply here and I'll try to get them out tonight. ^__^

First of all I have to say I love these laouts you have offered.

My question is though what is involved in making them and whatnot and finally transforming your lj into one and stuff because I have a few ideas. But if its not too much trouble could you just fill me in on the whole thing? if its not too much of a bother.

It helps to have a graphics program (for...well graphics that you choose to make or incase of a mildy fancy journal an image map), understanding a bit about html and css (cascading style sheet) is just about the only way you're going to be able to make a layout yourself. It's typically easier for a paid user because they don't have to fight with overrides but they still need to know what happens when you add or take something away from the default code (ie generator). All of the layouts I've done, even for the paid accounts and what not (except for the Blog) have been done in generator. Somewhere in Livejournals FAQ it will tell you the basic overrides that can make small changes to your journal like the comments, moving the entry box to the correct position. It doesn't tell you everything however. And I don't know where it is at the moment, but it's there and by my next update I'll get around to putting a link in my navigation to the exact spot. I think I'm starting to ramble, if you want you could draw simple idea of how you want things and that way I can tell you what you need to know in a much more precise way. Or find an example of what your ideas may look like. If I've confused you or was no help at all IM me and I'll be more help. ^___^ Screen name is in the navigation under Contact.

Hi!
I just friended this journal today (hope you don't mind)! I really like your layouts that you have made.
I wanted to know if you took requests for paid account layouts. I know you must be really good with graphics b/c I know that a lot behind a layout has to do w/ how you tweak the graphics lol I have Adobe Photoshop CS... but I know a minimal amount. I have an idea for a layout (template I guess you would call it?) & a graphic for the header (but I haven't made it look nice w/ photoshop or anything... I just have the orig. image). I know making a layout takes a lot of time & work. I was just wondering if you would be willing to do something like this? I know you don't know me but you can check out my journal...
