Waxing is highly overrated. The pain I mean. Yeah sure it hurt...but it was a stinging pain that lasted for a few minutes. I think the worst part will be the tenderness afterwards.
God that was easy. I don't know why I don't get those more often....except that it was $45 once I gave tip. She was so nice and freindly.

I'm doing like the Brits do and making Cauliflower and Stilton soup.
Except I'm using really good organic Bleu cheese instead of the nasty Slilton. And I'm maybe? also adding broccoli. Yes, I'm doing this tonight. It's going to be good.

My adaption of Cauliflower Stilton soup:
butter
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 cauliflower, broken up into tiny tiny peices
1 can of veggie stock
1 tbs flour
2 cups milk
6oz bleu cheese
chopped fresh oregano to my taste (could use parsley)
salt and pepper (white if you want to keep it white)
Fry onion, garlic in big deep pan with butter until soft
Add cauliflower, stock, salt and pepper. Add half the milk and flour at the same time. Bring to boil, stirring. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the milk and the bleu cheese, stir thouroughly. Serve in bowls with oregano on the top.

Just got done playing my FIRST EVER RUGBY GAME. In about 10 minutes I'm going to go get DRUNK AS FUCK and eat lots of pizza, because thats the other half of the game.
For any of you who know anything about rugby, I play forward, left lock. I played the ENTIRE game....since the other team was short on players I was blue for the first half (them) green the second half (us). Playing lock is hard and complex, and I basically have 2 really fucking heavy girls sitting on my shoulders whilst I straighten my body out like a plank at about 35* from the ground.
Anyway though, I didn't score or anything, though some of the other newbies did. I wasn't concentrating so much on getting the ball and running as knocking down people with balls and adding my weight to the mauls. I don't know if thats good for a forward? But I'm most usually suited for defense.
I'm so happy about this. I really really like it! Yay!!! It was SO FUCKING FUN. And I have all these new bruises and I dont' even recall them. I know I got taken down a lot, but I did my fair share of it as well.
Okay, time to get wasted. BEER.

I skipped all my classes today. Yoga, which I also missed Tuesday because I'm a dumb fuck, Anthropology, because it would have been boring, and French, which I never ever miss.
Instead I slept in, really really late. Now I'm going to go take a bath because if I thought I was sore last night.....oh, it is nothing compared to this.
I'm meeting Tom from French class tonight to work on our Oral Project, and then we'll probably have a small sesh.

Yeah, I'm easily distracted. Went upstairs for a minute and ended up listening to both Waiting for the Sun AND Morrison Hotel. My gods, I'm in *love* with the song "Love Street". It's one of my new anthems.

I'm going to be covered in bruises. I have a 3 inch bruise developing on my left shoulder from tackles. My whole arm went numb for a full 10 minutes.

it's nice and sunny and warm outside.... and i have to go to rugby soon. so practice will likely be more enjoyable. still i'd rather stay in and be lazy. but i won't because i did that yesterday....
took the french test today. i panicked because i couldn't remember which adjectives when before/after the noun...but eventually i remembered and turned it in on time. *fingers crossed*
not that i really care that much.
i bought JD a late birthday present today. :)
