Apparently last time our cable went out, someone had cut the cords.
I dont really know anyone who's mad at us or would feel the need to, much less someone that could get into that box..
But cut lines + comcast apparently isn't uncommon.

I found this on my friend's blog.
Left ear is coming directly from the New York Police Department Frequency.
Right ear is coming directly from the New York Fire Department.
Apparently you can hear some pretty interesting stuff from the NYPD. like people going missing in central park and 10 year old kids getting their hands stuck in fire hydrants.

Hey guys, Jericho's coming back on tonight! you shoulf totally go see it.
I havn't watched it yet but it looks kind of cool.
The storyline centers on the residents of Jericho, a small, rural Kansas town, in the aftermath of nuclear attacks on 23 major cities in the contiguous United States. The series begins with a visible nuclear detonation of unknown origin over nearby Denver, Colorado, and a loss of power and modern communications, effectively isolating Jericho. Later, power is restored to Jericho by what is alluded to as the efforts of the U.S. government, but soon after, an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) disables all electronics. Several themes regularly addressed in the show included the gathering of information, community identity, public order, limited resources, the value of family, hardships of fatherhood and internal and external threats. The show also features several mysteries involving the backgrounds of major characters, the perpetrators of the attack, and the extent of damage to the United States and its government.
Tt kind of reminds me of afterworld, and the post-apocalyptic jizz. Not really the apocalyptic kind but still kinda sorta.
Plus the jericho fans are insane from what I've heard. That's why they brought it back.
"Fans sent just over 20 tons of nuts to CBS headquarters" some kind of reference to an episode.
anyways, if youre interested go watch it.

I'm in my bro's room and his room is really stuffy.
I also got to play TF2 with some of my friends a bit. I am not good heavy weapons guy. and I also hate snipers. but I really can't wait to play a spy. even though I heard they suck but whatever.
I'm bored and i can't draw. Hillary won Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island and it makes me sad. but she didnt win by much. Probably lost maybe 10 delegates and it still puts Obama 100 points in the lead.

Ohai.
Been on an LJ hiatus.
Mostly been sitting around, lots of drawing and buildign and skinning on SL. getting ready for school and wishing for once that I had a job or didn't hate driving or SOMEHING.
planning on going to some anime con on the 12th. i dunno my girlfriends are dragging me to it.
FWA was fun. Mostly hung out with Em, two artist chicks, this guy named dragon who was cute but a bit 'stupid hippie' and Jaggo.. and Equino. He's my SL landlord...
shut up. I don't need that crap! So what if I'm weird and I hang out with people from the internet. He's not a creepofur.
Saw my bro, zim, puck, and my long lost art mentor who i totally forgot to get infos from argh argh argh. So i prolly wont be in touch with him for another 3 years.
I also saw kinghotdog there which made me reeeeleee happy. Was planning on hanging out with him for a bit but i was getting dragged around alot.
Em also had a stalker there, while proceeding to hit on Dragon. confusion, pity, and hilarity ensued.
All in all, the con was fun but i didnt do nearly as much as i wish i did. a good percentage of the time i felt like a careless nuisance with the friends I was with. there was lots of drinking and room parties.. that's about it.

Man, I all of a sudden miss that game Beyond Good & Evil.
and I fell really bad for those of you that never played it. It's a game that is set in a near-apocalyptic water world that seems to have a hint of spanish and other cultural influences. In fact, you can play the whole thing in spanish.
The graphics are gorgeous, the music is so good I used to prolong boss fights to listen to it. BG&E Also mixed alot of different styles into its gameplay, from combat technique, to stealth, to racing, to a photography bit. Race scenes (such as many in which you run from the government atop Hillys's rooftops) I liked especially the fact that on occasion during a bout with a few baddies, you'd go into slow motion and proceed to kick some major ass. The watercraft racing is pretty fun too.
Plus the storyline is not at all predictable. The only thing I was annoyed by was the fact that her uncle was a pig. But the fact that the vehicle repairmen are jamaican rhinos kind of makes up for it.
ITS NOT TOO LATE. Play it! I think they'll be coming out with a new BG&E soon, since it got such rave reviews.

Sadie's doing better, still shaky though.
A week of antibiotics, seringe feeding, IVs, steam therapy.. She's finally got her appetite and she's almost completely stopped coughing.
So she's better now. I'm looking at getting her some doggy sweaters because she shivers every time we go out to walk her.. and its only October.
