Personality: Happy, all the time happy! Devious is rarely seen without a large unatural smile on his face. He has the personality of a child and is rather light hearted.
BAD PERSONA APPEARANCE

It sticks out messily from his head. Three long bangs in decending size hang over his slim yet noble face and on either side of his head two long parts stick out.
General appearance: A tall lanky figure with a rather slim sculpt face. His right hand is always moving even when he stands absolutely still, like it has a mind of its own. His stance varies on his mood: from noble upright to hoping to one foot to another childishly.
Uniform Description: A distraught white soldiers uniform. The colar is round and tied up with down the front with neat rows of metal buttons. On either shoulder is a metal hoop like general pad with metal fringes that most of the time make no noise when they clatter together. Under his main shirt is a tight black turtle neck. The left sleeve goes all the way down to his hands ending in fingerless. Around that wrist is a metal bracelet. On the right arm it ends upruptly on the bicept. White slacks that have a small trinket attatched to his belt loop, in which his right hand seems to play with all the time. Lastly, black shiney shoes.
THE BASICS
(Remember, this is 1000 years in the future, they have probably achieved their original goals by now. Also, this is a time of War, Many goals would be abandoned, as they're somewhat frivolous)
Talents: Devious is rather fast and agile for a man so tall and lanky.
Inability: He can get easily distracted by pretty, shiney things.
Future dream: To live happily with his family!
Goals/pourpose: To poke Moony, Moon's eyes out for being bad.
Friends: The Asylum
Foes: The senshi and he rivals much with Sicky (You'll read of him further on)
Inner personality: Devious Minds is not exactly named for his evil prowless but rather he has thousands minds inside of him. Yes, the boy is rather skizophrenic. Non of the random personalities inside of him take over his person but they do give him a rather skattered mind set. There is only one voice loud and authoritive enough to silence the other whispers in Devious' mind. The one who tells Devious to do the bad things he does; Sicky. Other wise Devious on his own is rather sweet and gentle with those he cares about. Mind you, Sicky gets jelious rather easily with Devious. They argue alot.
SENSHI
Element: Light (feel the irony)
Talismen/weapon: A rapier named Sunshine. Its handle ends in a fist and around it are thin snakes coiling about as they wish.
Henshin(Transformation) Object and Phrase:
No phraze. But he's enveloped in light as his clothes rips away to reveal his clothes underneath. The sounds of voices screaming in agony as this happens.
Strength: When Sicky and Devious work as a team- they are rather eerily powerful.
Weakness: Devious' child like mind can get the best of him. Sicky. Devious for some unbeknow reason is utterly afraid of dolphins. Other sea creatures don't scare him- but for some reason just dolphins do.
History:
(DeviousMinds was not always as he was- he was born on Jupiter's moon Calisto.
But his true name, his birth name is Nervadid Phobeus.
Following his father's father's father's footsteps he became a soldier. A simple soldier of Jupiters moon. A faceless, face amongst the rest. Tho he was good at his job, following orders and doing what he could for his princess' sanction.
Nervadid was never really right. He had preminitions of the strangest sort, seeing things oddly before they happened. Tho he kept them to himself.
One night he had a eery vision at meeting of a sick distraughted man telling him that he would twist into what he saw. That he should stop it- kill himself- before the sickness took him. But then he saw the light as well in his vision. The mistress of insanity that would guide him through the underworld. So he rejected the evil suicidal temptation and found himself back into reality.
Soon the fabled ball occured. There amongst the plastic smiling faces Nervadid found a true princess. There they danced a moonlight sonata...
When the attack occured... the soldier ran into battle- sending his princes away
. Seeing the Earth's soldiers turned Nervadid ran right into the thicket. Beryl tried to use her power to change Nervadid as well. It tore into him, and he soon found he could not let go of his rapier. Like it had a mind of its own.
Just as Nervadid nearly gave in- the Queen used the ginzoushou to attack the devil bastards. But Nervadid found himself being attacked by the searing light as well. His voice was soundless as he tried to proclaim his inocents. He felt himself torn in two violently.
But it was to late. The Queen locked them all away and sent them to Earth.
Alas- Nervadid wasn't so lucky.)
He was locked in a shard of the crystal as it broke.
Only when he was released some how by the senshi did he become aware of himself. That was when DeviousMinds was born as well as Sicky.
He then drove an icecream truck called Rainbow and commit several hainice crimes about his little customers.
ATTACKS

Devious likes to mock the senshi and their ultra dramaticness when it comes to powers.
Attack one: Fan Light
A sliced charge of light immites from Sunshine as it is swiped gayly in the air as in an unbrocken voice Devious calls out in a mocking senshi power calling tone "Faaaan-LIGHT!".
It burns like any light. Pure light, pure energy, pure heat.
The attack is physical- avoid the attack- avoid the power.
Attack two: Sicky's Serenade
This is more Sicky's power than Devious's. But logically its all the same, right?
There are two versions of this attack:
Version 1:
Devious whispers these words almost inaudibly as Sicky, Devious' right hand, simply has to make skin to skin contact; thus, putting the person to sleep for about a days worth maybe less. The person dreams nightmarish things that they barry deep in their psyche... or of hands clawing, grabbing as they willed.
The attack is tactile. Avoid the touch- avoid the power.
Version 2:
This usually occurs when Devious is excited or in an uncontrolable rage. Sicky seems to take advantage of Devious' mental state- thus- more or less the difference in the attack.
A large ominious shadowed hand, or several hands, pull from Devious' shadow and grabs the said person, holding them, squeezing or pulling them apart.
The attack is physical. Avoid the attack- avoid the power.
Attack three: Fairy Tale
Devious puts his hands together like a book and opens it up to read. He then reads out an ironic tale of the listener- twisting things to a certain reality that only the insane could possibly find. Suddenly the tale will end violently- the book will close- the same force of the hands slamming together is felt within the listener. Explosivo.
The attack is audio. Avoid the listen- avoid the power.

Attack four: Pyrodelphinusphobia
Once again more Sicky's power than Devious's. But Devious must say the words for it to work- for a right hand can't talk.
Sicky's palm births a dolphin, slick and blotched with placenta. It suddenly releases a murderious blood curdling scream of pain as on conception with the air it's body bursts into agonizing tortious flames. It air swims toward its opponents bent on only one thing: utter and total kamekaze.
The attack is physical. Avoid the attack- avoid the power.
Misc. Attack: ForgottenMemoriesOfAMadManWhoWasOnceJust
This isn't so much of an attack but a simple destraction- or just plain fun! It can be done in several ways.
DVS's favourite: Devious will start twirling around all dramatic like saying "Fooooooooorgoooottten-Memoriiiiiiiiiiii
Its mostly to make fun of Sailormoon like she was and the senshi really. That and its fun to watch them jump. Cuz- ya never know if it'll be an actual attack someday or if he's just trying to psyche you out.
The attack is mental- you're an idiot.
(Ultamit Attack: Moonlight Sonata
Suddenly the music from Moonlight Sonata is audibly heard. As you listen to the sad melody your intrapped in its melonchonious mood. You feel yourself grow lighter and fly up towards the heavens. Through the clouds you part through toward the bright warmth of the sun... where... you suddenly explode
This attack is audible- you avoid listening you avoid exploding!)

Not only is Sicky the main screaming voice in DeviousMind's head.. he's also the man's right hand. Full name: Synechdoche; a part that represents the whole. Twitching and moving as if it had a mind of its own. Many times Devious can be found knawing or yelling at it when they don't get along. In an odd way Sicky is Devious' guardian and life long rival. In Sicky's mind he's the brains of the operation and that Devious doesn't deserve use of the full body. He thinks that Narky loves him and him alone (and that Harly is HIS daughter).
Devious knows nothing of his past. Only that he knows he loves Narky and they all should live happily ever after! And the only way to do that is to kill the pretty bow heads!
Rarely to never has Sicky actually taken over Devious fully. We pray it'll never happen. For when Sicky takes Sunshine- its nearly imposible to avoid the random slashes and swings of the self style. But what of Sicky's own weapon? Sicky's contribution attack is rather melodious... a flute.. perhaps?
