[Thursday October 20th, 2005] Victory! I can now officially replicate The Sicilian's nonna's pasta. So, just like the Dolmio adverts, I can make-a da sauce just like-a mamma used to make-a! or something! I guess mastering proper Italian pasta means I'm 'part of the family'? BUT my hands still smell like garlic. I've washed them about a billion times, with washing up liquid, hand soap, shampoo, all sorts...AND THEY STILL FUCKING SMELL.
