John sent me some gifts in honor of my completion of my first semester of college and he sent my mother some Mother's Day gifts.

I liked my hair in this picture, so I edited the crap out of the rest of it. :)
When I arrived around lunch time on Saturday, Mom and I had a fun time "eating lunch with Dad" by following him around holding food for him (Mom) and taking pictures (me). Boomershoot is a very busy time for Dad and he's lucky to get any sleep or food during the week leading up to it. This Saturday, there was a unique cause for a cease-fire...this little person was over yonder in the sky sort-of-kind-of near the target area...

In school related news, I have no more math homework or quizzes EVER. FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. There is one more two-part test and the final, and that's IT. Good riddance.
And I got an A on my geography exam today!
And I registered for the fall semester today and got all the classes I wanted! I'm finally taking a photography class, haha. And a sculpture class, yaaaay.

I probably didn't mention that I rearranged my room over spring break, but I'll mention now that about a week ago I went and got new curtains and some fabric to make a little "wall canopy" above my bed. I may get more fabric later to cover the outlet behind my bed frame, but right now it doesn't bother me enough to spend more money.
The colors are a bit off, the curtains are more green than they appear. Once I clear more of my old stuff out of my room I'll take more pictures.

I only have three weeks of class before finals and it's finally starting to feel like it outside. Yesterday and today it reached 70 degrees and I was so happy I felt like this:
But according to the weather report it's supposed to reach only 45 and rain tomorrow. I'm all kinds of angry because I just spent two hours straighting my hair and if it rains it'll be ruined :( Ooooh, curse fickle mother nature and my inopportune hair straighting.
