best thing EVER.

[info]troutqueen, I thought immediately of you! This site allows you to input your books and catalog them either from the Library of Congress database, or from Amazon. It's six kinds of wonderful. It's all the wonderful.

It's in beta right now, and a free membership only lets you input 200 books, BUT--a lifetime membership is only $10. I wiggle with glee.

web service for cataloging

I developed Gurulib for cataloging my collection of books, music, movies etc. The main page is at www.gurulib.com

The amazon webservice blog found it interesting to feature this in their blog.
My personal collection is at www.gurulib.com/coolabcgirl

I would like you to take a look at it.

Thanks and Regards

LibraryThing

Hello...just found LibraryThing today and it has a link to your post here, so I thought I would update you on their membership prices:

Enter 200 books for free, as many as you like for $10 (year) or $25 (life).

Just for clarities sake. ;^)

Peace, Skeye
