I wanted to get some riding in so I did with the recumbent. Biggest problem was the city adding chip-n-seal to the roads near where I live nearly causing me to dump the bike but luckily I had my headlight on at the time so I was able to notice this. I hate chip and seal. It's just a way for cities to pave roads on the cheap. It was a beautiful night for a ride though.

And now to interrupt my usual athletic blog endeavors with some music news:
Just wanted to mention that as a result of my participation in the recent Guitar Oblique compilation project I've got two tracks on Apple Computers' iTunes store.
Both are more "avante-garde" than my usual efforts owing to the fact that the "GtrOblq" collective has that bent.
The tracks are "Reversi" (a modified arrangement of the track "Symmetry") where I played all of the instruments and the track "Bimbo Spam", a new collaboration with Sonic Deviant (Shane Hendricks of Texas) with me playing six string bass and electric guitar and Shane playing electric guitar and he also performed the drum track using samples courtesy of Infinite Ego.
Go to the iTunes store and search for "The Unraveling Begins" or go to my regular webpage http://pod.ath.cx/ and click the link to buy the CD via CD Baby or go to iTunes and get it that way.
It's 14 of the most unusual musicians you'll hear that are still good so check us out.
