I have dealt with it so many times before that I guess I thought there was nothing to it. But now its been almost 2 yrs and I just realized that nothing has gotten better and I need to do something. Im stuck in this state of mind, this world I dont recognize. i hate to hangout with people becuase I just feel weird aound them. I have had more panic attacks lately then I have ever had before and it only happens when i start to think about the things I need to do, like school and all kinds of things like that. this is a new development because I never used to get these panic/anxeity attacks before and now I have them all the time. I dont remember the last time I actually enjoyed my self around anyone my own age. the only time I can muster up any ounce of happiness is when I am with my neice or nephews and that is slightly pathetic in its own way. I dont no. I find myself thinking about going back...about all the ways I dealt before...destructive or not, i dont really care anymore. I think I hit rock bottom months ago and now im just trying my damndest to get out..... (1) Whispering Lies
