ONE HUNDRED PUSH UPS - DAY 1, WEEK 5 Being on vacation meant I slept in, accessed the online world in my pajamas, and didn't eat lunch until 2:30 pm. But I did do my push-ups - 145 this morning, the first day of Week 5. The second set (35 push-up) was difficult, I have to rest longer than 60 seconds between sets, and I *really* felt the last set (35) in my arms.
Back on track, or back on the floor, as the case may be.
