Summary:Comments being automatically screened (again)
Original Request:
I run the community avengerkink, and when I got online today, the entirety of the latest post's comments had been screened. That's more than 5000 comments, and they are going to have to be manually unscreened. It's the second time this has happened. Last time I had to manually unscreen 3000 comments. I'm just confused as to why this keeps happening to my community and why there hasn't been a solution to my last support ticket for the same problem. Is there a way to mass de-screen comments?

I'm very sorry this has happened to your community again. I've let developers know this has happened again, so they can continue their investigation. They will likely have some questions and/or will need some additional information from you to help with their investigation. I've requested developers ask for any information from you directly. They'll respond to this support request, if they need additional information from you.
