| Summary: | Stats no longer working for my community |
The problem you're having when trying to view stats for your community is a bug. This problem has been reported to developers, and they are investigating the issue. I apologize for any inconvenience. |
Thanks, that's good to know. Is there an ETA for a fix? |
I'm sorry, but we don't have an estimate on when this problem will be fixed. Once developers have identified the problem, a fix will be released as soon as possible. |
So I'm assuming this is just never going to get fixed? |

In late December 2012, LiveJournal made the statistics feature available only to paid or permanent accounts. Basic or Plus communities, even if managed by a paid or permanent journal, are no longer able to see the statistics feature unless they themselves are upgraded to be a paid account. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes you. |
