Summary:Stats no longer working for my community
Original Request:
I have a permanent account, and have always had access to LJ stats in my individual account and my community that I run. Now, when I try to access stats for my community, I'm told stats are only available for paid, plus or permanent accounts. I have a permanent account - is this a purposeful change or a mistake? If it's a mistake, please get it fixed. If it's a purposeful change, I'm extremely disappointed with it, and I'm not going to buy a paid account for my community just to get stats I've always previously had access to as a permanent account holder.

The problem you're having when trying to view stats for your community is a bug. This problem has been reported to developers, and they are investigating the issue. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm sorry, but we don't have an estimate on when this problem will be fixed. Once developers have identified the problem, a fix will be released as soon as possible.

In late December 2012, LiveJournal made the statistics feature available only to paid or permanent accounts. Basic or Plus communities, even if managed by a paid or permanent journal, are no longer able to see the statistics feature unless they themselves are upgraded to be a paid account. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes you.
