Hi,

I'm opening this ticket on behalf of littleotter73 in reference to earlier Request #1539277 (http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=1539277). That request is still open but she has been unabe to update it with the requested details.

After clearing her cache, she can still login, but getting to the journal is sporadic, though better. She is still unable to post any content at all, as it just times out. Posting an entry, replying to her earlier support thread, leaving or replying to a comment leaves me with a blank page (never completes the action or loads a page after hitting post). She has tried this on three different browsers (safari, chrome, and firefox)

Although you cannot see the internal comments made by support volunteers, the message your friend sent to my email was received and the ticket was updated. If she replies to the email she received with any new information, the replies will be added to the ticket automatically.

Thanks for the reply. I checked with littleotter73 and she hasn't received any emails about this. Was a specific one sent to her?

Replies to requests are sent to the email address on the account, or in her case, the email address she entered when she submitting the request. If she typoed her email address, that would explain why she's unable to reply to the request.

Here are some suggestions:
• Reload this webpage later.
