Summary:userpic not working

I am no longer able to create userpics.
I can choose an image, but can no longer click into the box to drag it about.

I apologize for the length of time your request has been open without a response.

When you write that you are able to choose an image, but can't click in the box to drag it around, do you mean you're having trouble with the Userpic Factory? That is, when you upload the image, do you then need to edit, and are unable to do so, or are you having another problem? Please explain in more detail, the exact steps you are taking, and where you are taking them.

Yes, it is the Userpic Factory.
I can browse and upload an image, but when it gets to the preview box I cannot click and drag to edit inside it.

I am totally unable to create userpics, and now the preview box has disappeared.
