LiveJournal doesn't offer a feature that automatically imports entries from other web sites. The FAQ linked above offers suggestions as to how you might go about transferring entries manually.
Please note that you can include links to images hosted on other sites in your LiveJournal entries, as described here: [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=6]. These images will not be transferred to your LiveJournal account, but they will still display in your entries. There is no way to automatically transfer images to your LiveJournal account, but you can find out how to manually upload them to your Scrapbook here: [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=246].
