Your Internet Service Provider uses a caching system, sometimes referred to as "turbo-charged" or "boosted" browsing, to improve overall load times for your entire browsing experience. For most sites you may visit, this is not an issue.
However, LiveJournal serves dynamic content, which is often only visible to logged-in users. When you try to view a new page, you will be served the cached version provided by your ISP instead of the most recent version from LiveJournal. Because of this, you will appear to be logged out when the page loads, which will prevent protected content from being displayed to you.
This is an issue outside of LiveJournal's control and we encourage you to contact your Internet Service Provider again for assistance as they may be able to disable it for your account or for specific sites.
