The "Browse" button requires Flash in order to function, and you may need to download and install the plugin at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ for the button to work.

Why require flash for a simple file browse dialogue window?

Please consider accessibility, web standards and allow non-flash users to ability to use LJ. Indeed, html5 should be adopted.
