For a few days my journal opens extremely slowly. It takes a long time to open any page of it. It seems like the problem is only with my journal.

Thank you for your report. This may indicate an issue with the connection between your computer and LiveJournal's servers. LiveJournal's operations team is currently investigating this issue and more information will help them greatly. Could you please run traceroutes to these sites:

sip.services.livejournal.com
l-stat.livejournal.com
otkaznik.livejournal.com

and paste the results as a reply to this request? Additionally, please provide your IP address. If you don't know your IP address, you can use a hitrd-party service such as whatismyip.com to look it up. Such sites are not run or supported by LiveJournal and are referenced only to aid in the gathering of information.

I cannot load to sip.services.livejournal.com. I got the response: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to sip.services.livejournal.com.
I also cannot do it through other browsers.

My IP Address is 192.168.1.141

Would you please run a traceroute to the given URLs (these, if you forgot: sip.services.livejournal.com, l-stat.livejournal.com and otkaznik.livejournal.com) and copy the results into a reply to this request? A traceroute is a special task you'll have to perform outside your browser. You can find instructions on how to do one here [http://howto.livejournal.com/42062.html - second section] or with your favorite web search engine - just try keywords such as "how to run traceroute {your operating system}".
