Original Request:
I've had a look back over previous support requests and think I have a problem similar, but not identical to some reports of wrongly sorted images.
When uploading in the previous Scrapbook, I always created the gallery/album first, uploaded pics to that gallery, and only added the tags while annotating the uploaded images. But I literally have thousands of images wrongly sorted.
Numb3rs 2 http://munchkinofdoom.livejournal.com/pics/catalog/3940 only has 2 images in it. Numb3rs 3 http://munchkinofdoom.livejournal.com/pics/catalog/4140 is empty, and Numb3rs 4 http://munchkinofdoom.livejournal.com/pics/catalog/4559 only had 7 images.
But Supernatural has 2153 images in it - mostly screencaps etc from the tv show Numb3rs - and only 29 of those images are actually in the correct folder.
I can't see what the original tags were on the images, but I can't think of any tag that they might have had in common, especially since some of the numb3rs pics are icons and graphics while all the supernatural pics are screencaps.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. LiveJournal developers are working on a script intended to fix this problem for users whose images were migrated to the wrong albums. Once this script has been finished, we will respond to this request again with additional details. |

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. The script has now been run to fix the problem with images having been moved to the incorrect albums. Please note that any images which were a part of Tag Galleries in the old Scrapbook system will be migrated to the Unsorted folder. |
