For the last two days, I cannot see any comments on the site, in any layout. This applies to both my own journal and communities. I think Firefox auto-updated in that time, but I cannot say for certain.

This is what I see where comments should be:

I see that a lot of other people have posted with the same problem. FYI, I have cleared my cache, and the problem persists. This is literally EVERY SINGLE post I have viewed on LiveJournal for at least two days.

Third update:

I double checked my Firefox add-ons and GreaseMonkey scripts. I disabled everything LJ related, and re-enabled all of them. Suddenly all comments work again.

Note that I did not update anything, simply turned these extensions off, refreshed the page, turned them back on, and refreshed the page again. I'm leaving these details so they might help someone else!
