Summary:Can't stay logged in
Original Request:
I would log in, as I am an LJ user (my username is heartroots), but I can't stay logged into my account. After I log in, I can either click to one or two places, for example, to update my journal or go to my account settings, before I'm logged out again. It does this on multiple browers and on other computers in my house on my network, but when I tried it at a friend's house it worked fine. I've been told it might be an ISP issue. Can you confirm this for me and tell me what I should do to fix it?
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/536.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/19.0.1084.56 Safari/536.5

Thank you for your report. The other people experiencing this problem are all using the same Internet Service Provider, Hughes Net, which you appear to be using as well. We believe that your ISP is serving cached versions of pages, causing you to repeatedly see the logged out version of a page even though you have logged in.

We have contacted Hughes Net to notify them of this problem, and they have requested that affected individuals contact them to attempt to troubleshoot the issue. You can contact them directly through a variety of methods found at http://customercare.myhughesnet.com/phone.html.
