Original Request:
Why can't I browse my computer files to upload images to post to my journal? When I click the graphics icon the browse button flashes as there, then disappears. I upload photos twice a week and this is a real problem.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. We believe this problem was caused by a temporary issue which has since been resolved. Additionally, however, the "Browse" button requires Flash in order to function, and you may need to download and install the plugin at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ for the button to work. |
