Thank you for your report. I have tested this in many different ways, and cannot reproduce what you're describing. The update page will correctly include a width="300" tag in all cases, and actually posting the entry results in an image with a width of 300 pixels and a height of 225 pixels. |

Yeah but did you check, is the image 300px in width? Because I can reproduce this with a lot of images.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. When posting an image to your journal, the size you select is for the width of the image, not the height. Selecting 300 will set the width to 300 and scale the height of the image up or down to keep the same proportions as the original image size. Because the sizes you are selecting for width are larger than the original image's width, it is stretching the images out, resulting in a blurry image. Using the "original" setting when posting the image will result in the image keeping its original size (225 width, 300 height in this case). |
