I just recently got back onto this livejournal, and I've noticed that I have all these albums made for old photos, but almost all of them are empty. Did they get deleted over time? Or do I have to have a paid account to retrieve them again? Or did I just never upload anything to them in the first place? It'd be nice if they're not all gone, because I lost all of these photos long ago, so if there's a way to get them back I'm willing to do that. Thanks ahead of time.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. Scrapbook was originally a feature only offered to paid accounts, and if paid time expired for an extended period of time, images in it would be automatically deleted. It appears that you had a paid account back in 2005, and the paid time lapsed, causing images from back then to be deleted. The album names, however, were still present and have migrated to the new version of Scrapbook. |
