I keep getting told my passwor is incorrect. I know i set it up properly. but now it wont send me a reset for my password.. can you help please?

Thank you for your inquiry. To reset your password, use the Lost Information page [http://www.livejournal.com/lostinfo.bml]. Just fill out the human test and then enter your username in the "Lost Your Password?" section and click the Proceed button in that section. What error message are you seeing when you do this?

I am not recieving an error message i am just not getting an email to reset it..

I have..still nbot getting any emails.. I had this problem with my password yesterday but got the email ok.. last night it wouldnt send me one and today as well..

Our records are not showing that any password reset emails have been requested for your account since your initial one where you then changed the password right after.

I have therefore manually triggered a password reset email to be sent to you. Please check in an hour or two if you've received this, ensuring that you check your spam/junk folders as well.
