| Summary: | Expand not working |
Adding new information. Tonight all the yellow boxed 'new comment' notices on comments have vanished from everywhere too, expand still not working. |
Update - New comment notices are now working - have cleared cache yet again but expand function is still not working anywhere. |
Update. This somehow seems to be a problem with being logged in. Running Firefox in safe mode while not logged in, all expand features work. However, still with Firefox in safe mode to make sure no add ons are causing a problem, once I'm logged in to my account, then expand does not work at all. Does this help? |

Thank you for your report, and I apologize for the delay in responding to your request. This problem is occurring for some users when the option on http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=display to "View all journals and communities in my own style" is selected, and we believe is related to customizations which have been setup in your style.

I do have the "View all journals and communities in my own style" enabled, but it's set to open all posts in the "default style" and not my customised style and quite honestly after being half blinded by some journal styles and colour combinations, this isn't something I'm prepared to turn off. I'll keep waiting for a fix and open all collapsed comments on new pages in the mean time. Thank you. |

Seems to be fixed now, thank you. |
