Summary:Posting errors in my Community
Original Request:
I recently was granted maintainer from Livejournal of my Community because our moderator has been gone since 2006. I changed the settings to you having to be a member to post in the community, but people are saying there are errors. One error is post are going to a moderator queue but we have no moderator anymore, plus I didnt change the setting to be like that. The other error people are getting is "Error updating journal: Client error: Maximum queued posts for this community+poster combination reached."

Why is this happening? The only thing I changed that I could once I got maintainer rights was that you have to be a member to post and that was it. If I was moderator could I fix this under a setting that only Mods can change?
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0

The error message people are getting means that they've submitted as many entries to the moderator queue as the community permits. The entries must either be approved or rejected before more posts can be made by that user. The page here [http://www.livejournal.com/community/moderate.bml?authas=COMMUNITYNAME] allows you to manage the moderation queue (replace "COMMUNITYNAME" with your community's name in the URL).

Since you are a maintainer, you can change the settings of whether entries are automatically entered into the moderation queue here [http://www.livejournal.com/community/settings.bml] - you might need to select the correct community from the "Work as" drop-down first.

For clarification, a moderator (as opposed to a maintainer) can only manage the moderation queue, as explained by the FAQ here [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=332].
