I can only view 10 entries on my friends page, and I can't go back more than 20 entries for my friends page.

Your Friends page is subject to several display limitations, which are described at [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=219]. In particular, your Friends page will only display entries that have been posted within the past two weeks. You can view your friends' older entries by visiting their journals directly. You can also view older entries for a specific day by appending "?date=YYYY-MM-DD" to the end of your Friends page URL (filling in the desired date).
