Summary:Space for photos
Original Request:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I opened account on 26.09.2010 and used all my photo space by now. To get more space I have deleted some of my entries with photos, but I still can not post any more photos, though I have deleted quite a few.
What can I do to get the space for photos without opening a paid account, please?

Thank you
Kind Regards

When you delete entries containing pictures, the pictures are not be deleted from your ScrapBook; you must delete your images directly from ScrapBook to free up some of your account's allotted storage space. You can do this by following the instructions in the FAQ located at [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=252].

As you know, the other option available to you is to upgrade your LiveJournal account to Paid status. Paid users are allotted 2GB of storage space whereas Plus users are allocated 1GB of storage space. Paid users also have the option to purchase an additional 8GB of storage space for their ScrapBook account. For more information about the differences between Plus and Paid accounts, you may wish to review the account comparison chart located at [http://www.livejournal.com/site/accounts.bml].
