Summary:locked out of my accounts
Original Request:
My linked account was hotmail. I shut it down a year ago.
My 2 accounts involve firearm design and artificial human language.
I cannot for the life of me recall what my passwords were, and have no way to recover them!

D - I even cite my disnid6 LJ account on this entry. Plus I just copied the same graphic.
I am not sure how to prove I am who I am.
What can I do?
Thanks.

LiveJournal's password reset system is an automated process. The only way to reset your password is by using one of the methods detailed in the FAQ located at [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=17]. To reset your password you must:

-- Have access to either the current email address associated with your account, or to an address validated for use with the account in the last six months.

OR

-- Have created a secret question in the past.

If you don't meet either of these criteria, you will be unable to reset your password and regain access to your account. The only way to prove ownership of an account is by having its password. Please note, password reset emails cannot be sent to addresses other than those described above.

If you are unable to regain control of your account and want to create a new one, this FAQ contains information on doing so: [http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=104].
