Original Request:
An old bug reappear with this new release on 12/20.
When I put my cursor on an existing link, the "Link Wizard" pop up never appeared, then when I click on the Link button, my existing link was unlinked. There is no way to check the existing link URL now. Also, if I have to change the link location, I'll have to unlink and relink.
