| Summary: | Journal import failure |
Original Request:
I'm receiving an identical issue to this support request:
http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=1364544
I'm receiving this error whenever I try to use the Livejournal import function on Wordpress, or to use the LJArchive utility to backup my journals.
I get the following error:
couldn't retrieve anum for entry at /home/lj/cgi-bin/ljprotocol.pl line 3952
I use LJArchive on my Windows 7 PC and the Wordpress import on my Mac running OSX Lion. The same issue happens using different browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
I'm located in Singapore but have also tried using it via a US VPN. I don't think it's a issue that's local to myself, nor is it a Wordpress issue.
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/12.0.742.122 Safari/534.30
