LiveJournal Support volunteers are able to access your journal without issue. This problem can be caused by the presence of malware, such as adware or spyware, on your computer and you may wish to perform a scan of your computer to make sure your computer is not infected. I did 4 different virus and malware scans at least twice (one I did 4 times) and they found nothing. The only page I still have problems with is getting to my own journal. I can get everywhere else, including my Friends page. |
