Summary: Drop-down menus and some buttons are inoperable
Original Request:

For the past few hours or so, some features on LiveJournal seem to be broken. Drop-down menus such as the mood select menu when making a post and the main menu that is normally accessible in the top right of the window are not appearing. Oddly, when I click on my username or icon in the top right corner and hold my mouse over them as the page reloads, the menu will appear for a split second as the page reloads, but then it immediately disappears again.

Also, the "Preview Entry" button when writing a post is disabled for me.
Diagnostics: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0

Also, these issues occur on both Firefox and Chrome. I tried clearing cookies and cache on both browsers, but the issues still occur.
