Summary: Have not received password reset
Original Request:
I would like to return to my livejournal after a prolonged absence. I created an unusual password and cannot access my account. I have made repeated requests for a reset, and I am waiting eagerly to get back to my journal and my community. All my requests have gone unanswered. I have been patient, waiting days between and even weeks to allow time to process the request. Is my information not correct? Is something amiss? Am I just out of luck? I would appreciate a response.

the request closed as soon as I opened it. this is getting frustrating
