Known Issues

• We are currently experiencing a delay in orders being credited. Orders may take up to several hours to be credited. We're working to fix this problem as quickly as possible.

• If you are missing comment notifications by email, please first see our email troubleshooting guide as the problem may be something you can resolve on your own. LiveJournal developers are currently investigating reports that notifications are not being sent for certain types of comment notifications, including tracked threads and poll notifications. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot guarantee you will receive all of your notifications. You may wish to try tracking the entire entry, or bookmark any entries or comment threads that you wish to follow.

• Entry tags are not autocompleting successfully on the Post an Entry page in Internet Explorer. Until this issue is resolved, you may wish either to manually complete your tags, or use an alternative browser. You can also add tags to your entries after they have been posted by using the Edit Tags link on each entry or by editing the entry.


• It is not currently possible to paste content into the Rich Text Editor in Safari or Chrome. If you wish to copy and paste text into your entry, you will need to use either the HTML Editor in Safari or Chrome, or the Rich Text Editor in a different web browser until this problem is resolved.


• If you are experiencing problems when using the Rich Text Editor, you may wish to consider using the HTML Editor or a downloadable client as alternative methods of posting entries. Some issues have only affected some web browsers, so you may also be able to use the Rich Text Editor with an alternative browser.

• Voice Post calls using access numbers outside the United States will be disconnected after 60 seconds. If this happens, your Voice Post will still be posted with the default Voice Post security level. LiveJournal staff members are working with the third-party vendor that provides the Voice Post numbers to resolve this issue.
