Vice President and Manager, Otmane El Rhazi is a professional Rates, Forex, and Equities Citi Trade and Manager. He is a very qualified chartered professional who graduated from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech with a State Engineering degree. The standing of that French school in mathematics is at the highest international level. Since 1999, and due to the advantage of his school courses his skills have been continued to two or three folds each year. His research work was led during these years first at the Cermics Research laboratory of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, avenue René Descartes, and then in the laboratory of EDF.

Just after, Otmane El Rhazi earned a Master degree in Finance (A master curriculum supervised by Nicole El Karoui herself), from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC) Paris in France. He started his profession working as a structurer in 2005 for EDF. He then engaged on building up knowhow on model building and asset valuation. To prove his promising quant logic, His tasks were focussed on examining and information treatment. Then in 2006, El Rhazi was hired as quant by CGML of Citi Bank in London. He served in this role for five years.

Otmane El Rhazi descends from El Rhazi’s family with a long tradition in Morocco. This family are initially from north of Sahara. Very known and respected, he is one of youngest of his family. On a private note, his best hobbies and part time leisure is photograph. He takes hundreds of pictures in all places he goes to. If his photography can provide you even with a momentary exodus from the hectic way of life or personal strain, then his job is done. Other extra work activities he has, there is benevolent support and fund raising. Actually, he is a lecturer in some seminars for children diseases and juvenile topics. Otmane El Rhazi looks onward to connecting with you and interested in your talks and conferences. It will be his wish to share with you his thoughts, his concerns and most in the end his goals.
