I would need at least of 8 hours of sleep per night to function at my best. But usually I sleep for 7 hours per night sometimes even less. I basically feel sleep deprived every day XD I need around 8 - 9 hours per night to function at my best. I actually get 6 or even 5 hours some nights and that's not enough. All because of my work since it got a bit pressured these last days On average in need about 8 to 10 hours of sleep. But I actually get to sleep for about 2 hours or so, most of the days... (fucked up, I know) well, on weekends I usually sleep for about 13 to 15 hours
No less than 4.5 hours per night. No more than 9 hours. I feel good with 7-8. Doesn't mean I don't like sleeping in, though... I go byebye by midnight. If I've drunk coke I'll wake at four, otherwise it's five am. the listen to the radio until I think I need about 7½ to 8 hours sleep to feel well rested. Unfortunately I've been a poor sleeper for many years and don't always manage to get that much, although I'd say I mostly get at least 7 h I need to sleep 7-8 hours, but I have 5-6 and never feel deprived :) Usually, I need 8 hrs of sleep to be agreeable in the morning. Sadly, I don't get that much no matter how hard I try. And because of that I'm usually tired during the day.
