It wouldn't count as a "star trek" if I were staying in our solar system, by definition - I'd have to go to another solar system, right, or I'm not going to be traveling to any other stars... I don't Uranus. Come on; like you weren't thinking the same thing. PS. Salmon Fishing in the Yemen is super cute, but a bit cheesy - especially the end. Ewan is adorable as a buttoned-up scientist though. :D But most of all, I would like to visit MARS. I do believe Mars supports life. :3

Assuming this isn't a one-way trip and the technology exists to protect you from nasty radiation and other hazards, I'd visit Enceladus. The moons of Saturn, especially Titan that is known to be full of hydrocarbon lakes and oceans. I would like to sit on the beach with a nice view of Saturn :D
