When you're sleepy, sometimes you tend to get sad. When you become sad, sometimes it makes you sleepy. It can go either way. It also goes bot I think that brain chemistry influences moods, and that moods influence brain chemistry. I think that they have a symbiotic relationship that is related to the genetic makeup of the brain. I do believ I am not sure about the first question as I am a little confused by it, but I believe people are born with particular emtional temperaments.
