LJ::send_mail

LJ::send_mail — Sends email. Character set will only be used if message is not ASCII.

Use

LJ::send_mail(opt);

Arguments

  • opt. Hashref of arguments. Required: to, from, subject, body. Optional: toname, fromname, cc, bcc, charset, wrap, html. All text must be in UTF-8 (without UTF flag, as usual in LJ code). Body and subject are converted to recipient-user mail encoding. Subject line is encoded according to RFC 2047. Warning: opt can be a MIME::Lite ref instead, in which case it is sent as-is. Raw mode: if hashref contains key 'raw_data', it considered as full text of e-mail message (including headers) and is sent as-is.
