Okay I figure people are going to have some questions so just refer them here. This is the official community FAQ.
Oh and feel free to start posting! :)
Non-Member FAQ’s
1. Why can’t I join this community?
This community is invitation only. You cannot openly join (which means no posting power) and you cannot fill out an application.
2. So how do I get invited?
Every community member is allowed to recommend 5 members to join (so in theory 150 people could be recommended by the initial 30 invited members). However sweetteeth15 and![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
detoxcocktails have to approve the recommendations. If we feel you are qualified, we will send you an invitation. But you won’t know about any of this.
3. Wait, so can I friend this community?
That’s the point! Think of this as your one stop giant resource for everything fandom related. You can be kept updated on challenge communities, icon batches, fan fiction, and all that jazz, without having to friend 5 billion communities. Everything in this community will be public unless it pertains only to the members (like on rules or invites or something).
4. But I really want to be invited…
Suck up? Okay, that’s pushing it. But try volunteering and being active. We do notice active people.
5. Can I ask someone to recommend me?
Absolutely not! If you ever pressure a member into recommending you, you will be automatically banned from ever joining the community. Members don’t need to hear your complaining.
6. Well yeah, but they are elitist anyways!
Everyone in this community was invited. Therefore they can be elitist without being cocky. They didn’t nominate themselves or apply.
7. Okay, so what are you looking for in members?
Glad you asked. Active, active, active. We want talented graphic makers (which isn’t necessarily the most important thing if you are extremely active). We want people who participate in many communities and who run a lot of communities. If I look at your live journal name, I should recognize you. That’s what active means.

1. Can we tell the person we are recommending them?
You guys are elite, and you know that people can be sensitive. There isn’t any guarantee that we will approve the recommendation (though we trust your judgement), and we’d hate to have any hurt feelings. So for that, we strongly recommend not telling anyone. You can let them know after we’ve invited them though.
2. Do I have to invite anyone?
Absolutely not. This is an elite community and it would defeat the purpose to have 150 new members next week. This is not a pyramid scheme here. Recommend people that you only feel really deserve to be in the community.
3. So can I really post anything?
Yeah, pretty much. If you want to go on a political tangent, hey go for it. However, you will be held responsible for whoever you piss off. Try not to instigate fights, eh? But other then that, whatever floats your boat.
4. What do I do if someone asks me to recommend them?
If they are your friends and you don’t want them in trouble, kindly tell them what they are doing could get them banned. If they are harassing you, let the mods know, and they will be banned from ever joining the community.
