Gothr – UK goth map I recently expanded the “Temporary Goth Events Listing” site I’ve been working on, to make it more permanent and provide an interactive map. Each region of the map can be associated with upcoming events, club nights, nightclubs, pubs, shops and “others places”. If you create a login you can add a profile of yourself to the map too.  (User logins are required if you want to update details on the map, but not if you just want to look at it. The “events tracker” part of the site doesn't force you to log in to add contents, but may do in future.)The map may look suspiciously familiar to a lot of people; what it’s missing, though, is information. If you run a goth night, have a favourite shop, etc., please consider creating a login and helping add stuff! Thanks. | 12:09 am

A little help requested . As you may know I am now one fifth of UK Goth ListA little help is required please in the current and "future" development If you are a DJ in the goth/alternative/80's scene we need to know who you one on LJ or where you lurk on Myspace or if you have your own website. Also what clubs, pubs etc you play at / or nights you run or guest slots you may have been invited to this year. Please comment on here or point us in direction of your other web presences. We are basically in the process of updating our current list on the website but also want to develop several areas over the coming of weeks and months to create the "best" UK listings site for the Goth and alternative scene. Aviemore Gothic Weekend 2008 - Midsummer Madness
Announcing the 2nd Annual Aviemore Gothic Weekend!
A Midsummer Madness, 20th-22nd June 2008. The main event on the Saturday (21st) will be a Midsummer Masquerade Ball, featuring Scottish Goth/Alternative bands, prizes for the best costume/masks, and a raffle in aid of The Maggies Centre in Inverness.

UK Goth Club List (cross-posted) Yes, the Listing is still alive and kicking. But, as will happen when one gathers a large amount of info about goths into once place, parts of it are no longer of guaranteed accuracy. So, I would like to take this chance to ask very nicely that you pretty please help out a bit with it. If you could possibly confirm whether the following clubs are alive or dead, I'll be grateful. So grateful that I'll probably buy a drink for you if you identify yourself to me at Whitby, Woolstock, Misfest, Infest or whatever else ends up luring me in.
