Has anyone ever called you a geek? Or do you consider yourself to be a geek? If so, then the

ubergeeks community is just for you!

This community is a place for geek solidarity. Our mission is nothing short of Total World Domination. Topics of discussion will tend to focus on things that matter to geeks: geek literature, geek movies, geek TV, gaming, comics, science, science fiction, fantasy, astronomy, math, history, psychology, sociology, linguistics, etymology, weird links, Internet culture, geek websites, weird news, fanfic, famous geeks, technical support, and just about any other subject that is generally of interest to geeks. In short,

ubergeeks is Geek Central.

Community Rules

#1 No violations of the LiveJournal Terms of Service.

#2 NO Porn or other Non Work Safe posts. Period.

#3 Trolling, spamming, flaming and irrelevant posts are discouraged.

	Haha, I will probably seem to be the antithesis of a geek girl after asking, but... how do I post onto the community, just update my own journal? First, go to:
http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=ubergeeks

At the top (under "Community Information") it says:

Below is information about the "Ubergeeks" community on LiveJournal. To join this community, click here. You may leave the community at any time.

Click on the link that says "click here".

If you're using a client (such as Semagic or Visions) exit the client and then restart it. You should be able to select which journal/community to post to.

If you are using the Web Interface to update journals (http://www.livejournal.com/update.bml) then look for where it says "You're looking at the simple page. For more options, click here."

Click where it says "click here". The first option is "Journal to post in: then you just scroll down the drop-down list to find

ubergeeks.
