Who else went to see The Hush Sound at Roseland in NYC this past week? They were awesome. I just wish they'd performed a whole set! It was much too short.
Did anyone get a video of when the guy from Panic came out and sang with them?

Hey, so it turns out that I'm not going to Honda Civic Tour on May 8th at Roseland Ballroom, NY. So I'm selling my ticket. I bought it from Ticketmaster for $57, but I'm desperate to get rid of the ticket, so reply to this entry and I will message you and we can negotiate the price. I'm very generous so I'm sure that the final price will be considerably less than the original one.

I was talking to a friend, and we agreed that they've definitely 'matured,' so to speak, since their previous ones. The songs sound so much more cohesive - unique enough that you're not hearing the same thing 13 times, but similar enough that it doesn't just sound like random songs that happen to be on the same disc.

So here's the deal: The Hush Sounds street team is dead. It might still be up and running, but I haven't seen them do anything for a very long time. We have decided to take matters into our own hands, and create an un-official street team run completely by fans. Since this is a street team run completely by fans, we want to do our best to be creative and unique. Anyone can print out a band logo, right? Right. All things we use will be made by those people who really matter - the fans. And guess what, the things that we do won't be just meaningless tasks that keep fans busy for no reason. We will actually be giving back to the Hush Sound by helping them.
Our first mission will be to find a name! The Sweet Tangerine DOT Net Street Team is kinda long, so we need something shorter. I suggested "The STD Kidz", but for some reason that got rejected. So as your first task, please comment this entry with your suggestions!
We're still planning this out, so more information soon! =) |

the new hushsound record: i dont know if this will ever get big or anything but i am very proud of it. because they made a good record and thats the most important thing. gretas voice has matured so much since their last record.
