Hey ladies! I'm "LoreleiSiren" on XBL. I generally play Rock Band but I'm up for other gaming. Anyone else into Rock Band? (I heard there was a women's group for Rock Band but I can't seem to find it.)
Edit: Here's the site I was thinking of, though it isn't just for Rock Band. :)

However, my evil ex took his Box back, and now I'm left without my Halo2 :( Until I get paid, anyway...
But I DO Have a question for you ladies: I've just snagged a job writing gaming reviews for my State newspaper, yet I can't think of a good tag name. I don't want to use the overused Girl Gamer or Gamer Girl..... So, would you have any ideas as to what would represent me as a girl but not be too cliche or overused? I'm seriously wracking my brains, here!

I've played those live games in Crimson Skies where people drop out of the game and abandon their teammates. Yah, you feel pity but you just go on shooting the poor bastard(s) still there. However, this evening I had the chance to taste the other side of the pie.
The game was three on three, the countdown had begun, and right before the game began the two guys on my team left. I was stuck fighting three others. Now that sucked lol especially since they sat around my spawn point and waited to get some kills; it was a long game, I took my revenge, however meager. In the end I still managed to rank second ... so I guess that makes me kind of happy ... despite the crappiness of it all. Just thought I'd share my angst ;D I brought my rank back up though, after playing a few more games.

Gamertag Valkyrie ix and I play Crimson Skies.
It's great to find a community for female gamers. I'm not on very often because ... I have no xbox lol I play on my bf's. However, when I return to school in September I'll have an xbox at my disposal :D
If anyone here would like to play a game or two in CS that’d be great. I live in Canada, eastern time (-05:00 GMT). At the moment I usually go on in the evening/night (6:30pm-12:00am, give or take). However, when I return to school I'll be on in the afternoon most likely. Have a good one :) |

I just posted to the community with my gamertag ("dark angel 1313") and to introduce myself. I forgot to mention what games I play and what not. My favorite game is Rainbow Six 3, but since I am still fairly new to XBL I have been renting new games to play on live to see what else is good. Games like SWAT, Desert Storm, and the Matrix are among my favorite, but since I don't know of the best XBL games out there maybe some of you could give me suggestions! |
