Hi.
I'm 16. My question is about irregular periods. Mine have never been on schedule. For example, one month I'll get it a week late. Then the next month, it'll be two weeks late. Then I might skip a month entirely. Then it'll be on time. etc. It just skips around a lot.
I know for the first few years, periods aren't regular, but I've had mine since I was about 11, I'd think it would regulate out by now..
I'm a virgin, so I know I'm not pregnant.
I dont know, I guess I just want to make sure everything is alright.

had sex like two weeks ago today. apparently a blood vessel was ruptured, so my ob/gyn says, and i am still bleeding. and i haven't shown many signs of stopping. she said it would stop "within the week" on wednesday. but. does that mean, by next wednesday, or within this week.. or... has this happened to anyone else and did you ever stop bleeding?
ALSO. i sort of want to have sex again anyway, but would this make it impossible for me to heal?

I'm on ortho tricyclen. This week was the week i have my period. My Boyfriend and I had sex with a condom on Thursday but the condom broke. We decided to be safe and get the Morning After Pill. I took it like it said. Will the Morning After Pill screw up my Ortho Tricyclen cycle that I will be starting this Sunday? Did the Ortho Tricyclen screw up the Morning After Pill effectiveness?

hi,
When ever i have sex with my boyfriend it hurts after a while, I think it's due to the friction, but i'm not sure. At first we thought that the Hymen had not been fully broken, the source of irritation is not at the mouth of the vagina, it's further down. Has anyone else experienced this as well? please help.

My 19 year old bf was a total virgin in everyway before me (not even had his first kiss yet), He gets hard when he sees me and while we are playing around, kissing and touching as long as we are mostly clothed (at least pants on) when clothes come off, when i start to touch him/ he goes to penetrate me, he tends to lose (or mostly lose) his erection.
We've only had sex once, and since then the problem has continued. The fact that he didnt last so long that time probably doesnt help, even though ive reassured him that it was fine.
He's never been very sexual till we started going out, hardly ever masturbated etc, but hes alot more aware about these things now. The main thing is that he is worried he is going to dissapoint me and no matter how much i reassure him i know he still worries. I know he really wants to be able to have sex with me, and it gets him down even more that he can't when we both want it so much.
Any suggestions on how to help us get through this so we can have a regular sex life?

so my boyfriend has been getting these headaches during/after sex. they start to develop at the beginning of sex, a bit after he has become aroused. they are fairly mild until he climaxes, at which time they become pretty intense. he says the pain is on the left side of his brain, and apparently it is a pulsing, sharp feeling.
any explanations? this has happened the last four or five times we've had sex, and i don't it happens whether he is drunk, sober, hung over, hasn't drank for a day or so, hydrated, dehydrated, whatever.
any insight would be great... i hate that he ends up feeling like shit, and (although it is irrational according to him) i don't want to somehow inadvertently kill him with sex haha

TMI warning!
In the last while (last few months), I've been noticing a LOT of vaginal discharge. Normally, a little bit will land on my panties during the course of the day, but now I'm getting frequent wet spots. Almost like I've wet my pants. It's not related to sexual arousal -- I'll just be hanging out or whatever and feel a 'whoosh' of discharge coming out.
This would be incovenient though not a huge problem -- except that sometimes it's conspicuous, ie. smellable. At times it would definitely be noticeable if you were standing nearby. The main problem is when I'm at the gym -- exercising seems to promote this happening.
I should note that I haven't been sexually active in the time period I'm talking about, nor on medication.
Any thoughts on why this is happening and what I can do to, er, not be SO juicy? I'd love to be able to walk around the gym without being conscious of the fact that I smell like I've just come.

Hi guys
So I suppose this isn't one precise question, but a collection of mini ones. Okay so I'm 19 (almost 20) and I'm a virgin. I mean this in every sense of the word. Up until recently I just haven't been interested in sex- I've been so uninterested I actually considered myself asexual. Recently though (I'd say in the last year) I've done a 180 and all I can think about is sex. This isn't the problem though- I want to have sex, but I find that (possibly because I'm literally as clean as a hospital, and have no sexual experience whatsoever) I've developed this irrational fear of it. I have such a fear of being touched that I cannot even touch myself. It's insane, and I feel like such a freak, I don't even know what it is I'm afraid of. I don't really know what I'm looking for here, answer wise, and I know I'm pretty pathetic being almost 20 and still a virgin, but gah, I really want to get over this, because for the first time in my life I actually want to have sex.
I'm also scared that if I do decide to have sex with someone, it will be really hard to tell them I'm still a virgin, like it will turn them off? On one hand I could just not tell them, but I'd feel quite mean doing that, and unless I'm quite unusual, he'll more than likely know after we've had sex anyway? Has anyone had problems with that in the past?
Any advice?

Hey y'all. I am not a sexual health or lube novice in the least, but before I make the same mistake twice by splashing out $20 for some non-silicone lube online I was interested in everyone's opinions. I am a smite impatient, and would be hassled by ordering with shipping and handling a little sachet and then be out of lube for another delivery period.
What are your thoughts on Liquid Silk? I keep hearing that it is more like a lotion, which bothers me a little bit.
Because most people have experience with these two cheaper lubes, I'll let you know that I think ky liquid and astroglide both suck. I am looking for a non-silicone, toy-safe lube, that really goes the distance, and is glycerin-free. Most importantly, I need one that is not sticky or dries out quickly.

I never had sex before, because i am always scrared!
but the other week the guy I really like fingered me for the first time and he pulled out his penis and he had some fluids which I think it was pre-ejuclation fluid, and I think his penis touched my vagina for about five seconds. Three days later I got and HIV it came back negative...but in my mind I know I have to wait awhile to get that test done (I think like 6 months). I am so scarred I might might have contracted HIV from him-(I don't know if he has it or not). His penis did not go inside my vagina. and the liquid that comes during arousal is pre-ejucalation...right?
so while I am waiting to get another test done....what are my chances? :(

I am taking Lutera (HBC) and have been since November. I am currently in the second week of the pack. My boyfriend and I usually use condoms, but there are times when we haven't. Both of us have been tested and have no STDs. We're (ahem) rather sexually active...averaging about 3 to 4 times a day. haha.
My questions arise from the symptoms I've had for about that past week. I've been getting awful headaches almost everyday, and have been sleeping up to 15 hours a night. (normally, I sleep 8-9) For the past 3 days or so, my vagina has been incredibly sensitive to the point of pain if touched. I tried using a god-awful amount of lube, but to no avail. This has been accompanied by mild cramping and light bleeding. The bleeding only lasted two days, and was very light in color as opposed to the usual dark coloring during my period. Today, I started feeling slightly nauseous.
Am I getting sick? Is this some kind of infection?
Things that might also be helpful: I have clinical depression (unmedicated) and generalized anxiety disorder (also unmedicated).
If you need any more information let me know. :)

My boyfriend and I just had sex. This is the first time that he has came inside of me. When I was at plan parenthood not too long ago to be put on birth control, they said that I may want to come back in and be tested for infections. (at the time I had signs of it) After getting on birth control, those signs actually went away. I decided to postpone getting tested for an infection. I realize that this was a stupid idea now.
Immediately after he had came inside I started to feel this unbearable burning sensation. I still have it now and I don't know what it is or what to do. I'm thinking it may be the mysterious infection from before. Can some over the counter meds relieve this until I can get into plan parenthood and get tested? (Vagisil or something...) What is it? What can I do?! I'm still in A LOT of pain.

Okay, so I just turned 16 and I don't need you judging me.
I think I might be pregnate. I don't use birth control but me and my boyfriend do use condoms.
We've been sexually active for about 6 months and we've been going out about a year and half.
I think I might be pregnate because, I just had my period nine days ago and it only lasted 3 days
and then today I am having another period?
I was thinking maybe its because, when i was on my period we had sex about 3 times a day.
For the three days i was on it and i was hopeing that is what messed my cycle up?
Then I read ways to know if you're pregnate and I noticed ive been very tired lately,
and my sense of smell has been overly sensitve and ive had cramps and sore breasts.
Tomorrow I'm going to go to rite aid and get a pregnancy test.
What i'm wondering is do you think I could maybe not be pregnate?
and do you know why my menstral cycle is messed up?

Okay, I've posted on here before.
But recently I had Bv they treated me with gel then flagyl then I thought it was back and they told me it was a y.I from the flagyl but I think its back again. The discharge and odor. Its kind of ruining my sex life. Is there any like over the counter stuff I can take?
Also I carry wet wipes everywhere and constantly clean myself so my doc said it could be the wet wipes and b ody wash are there any wipes or wash I can use that arnt scented and won't fuck up the ph and stuff of my vagina?
Any help would be much appriciated.

I started a new pill two weeks ago, and it has been hell, headaches, dizziness, severe depression, on and off crying, cramping and bleeding. Well I have been bleeding for the last week or so and my SO and I really wanted to have sex and we don't when im on my period because of the mess, so I used an instead cup, and he kept saying he could feel it, and my partner is of average size. I know it was in far enough because i could feel my pubic bone, and it worked great as far as no mess was concerned.
Which brings me to the next thing, I was panning on switching to the nuvaring this week when i go back in, and I am afraid that if he could feel the instead cup, that he will also be able to feel the nuvaring. Could i have a 'short' vagina?
Any speculations? Help? Advice?

I had recently received information that my pap smear came back low grade change. I am so nervous about this and am not sure what it can be related to. I ran to the health center and got a HIV test as that was something I read online. I only had unprotected sex once in my life a year and a half ago with someone who had multiple partners and used anabolic steroids. However, he never shared needles. He also had an clean record from an STD test a few months prior when we started dating. Recently, he was hospitalized for a staph infection he contracted on the football team which turned into MRSA. I contacted him the other day and he told me that in regards to HIV I have nothing to worry about and that he was clean. He also said that if he did have it the hospital would have told him considering he had a blood infeciton. Do you believe this to be true? What do you think my risks is?
