Daredevil parody cartoon
I posted my South Park style parody of the cover to Daredevil #106 here a couple of months ago. That idea grew into a cartoon series that I just started posting (first two installments are up). I posted these to my Daredevil blog The Other Murdock Papers as well as to the marvel_fic community. The link to that entry is HERE. Updates will be posted weekly (roughly) on my blog in case you like it. Have a good one everyone! :) UPDATED: For the whole karaoke backstory, as well as to the identity of the Spanish woman Foggy is talking about, you may want to check out this entry on my blog. this'll be xposted throughout my Marvel Comics and Geek related comms
While she doesn't appear to be in any at the moment, at one time or another stacyx was in a number of my comic themed comms. She makes icons and pretty good ones too, though they're largely bases and less text. She displays the lot of them on a specific site that's been on the links list to Comix for ages... ...she tend to add anywhere between 15 to 50 new ones a couple times a year. The following the link goes to the site and, so far as I know, she only seems to do Marvel Comics content. that is just so not right
11:48 AM 4/27/08 · I've never actually seen the Daredevil movie all the way through, from beginning to end. In fact, excepting about 5 minutes ago, I'd never seen the beginning of it before. Most times I come across it is generally around the middle...or about where he meets Elektra.
Despite a number of innaccuracies I do like the film...but this one thing I cannot forgive.
Matt Murdock loses his sight completely by accident, just a kid rushing through an area with toxic chemicals. That's not how it's supposed to be. He actually gains his powers and loses his sight in the act of saving an old man from being hit by a truck. It was a cannister that came off that truck hitting him in the eyes that got things rolling.
He becomes what he is by being the hero he would become one day for real.
Still a decent enough flic...but that one aspect removed just kinda ruins it a little more for me. Tags: inconsistancies, movie Current Location: 94306Current Mood: annoyed
