Britney Spears has been taking better care of herself during her pregnancy, but not everyone is following her cue. According to a source, when Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears,14, had dinner with big sis at Geisha House in Hollywood on July 22, "Jamie Lynn was smoking right in Britney's face! It was disgusting!" That same weekend, when ex-smoker Spears and husband Kevin Federline went to see Wedding Crashers, he, too, lit up on line in her presence. (A rep for Spears denied that the younger Spears was a smoker, and declined to comment on K-Fed.)

But perhaps Federline learned his lesson. On July 24, the pair attended a charity performance of Beacher's Madhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to benefit HELP of Southern Navada, a family-aid group, and "Federline was a perfect gentleman," an eyewitness said. "He held doors for her, and left the table when he smoked."
